Battmobile has different apps for different staff users roles of Battery Mobile Organisation who specializes in extensive battery diagnostic services and delivering quality car battery in UAE. The Warehouse App allows warehouse admin to manage stock, allocate stock, view stock reports and manage cash flow. The Customer care app allows customer care agent to manage the leads, convert leads to job, assign jobs to technicians etc. The technician app allows a technician to view assigned jobs, update the job status after completion, job rescheduling, request overtime etc. The admin app allows admin to see all the leads, jobs, stock, customers, cash flow, referrals, invoices, add incentives, suppliers etc. The Customer app allows a customer to see his jobs done or pending and invoices.
