A results-driven marketing professional, Rosy has spent more than 25 years in the professional services arena with national and regional law firms. She works closely with firm leadership to develop and implement short and long-term strategic plans and tactics that result in measurable business growth.

Her marketing expertise is in all marketing disciplines including: strategic planning, community relations, PR, branding, social/digital media & SEO, event planning, competitive analysis, public speaking, coaching, budget development and management.

For more than 15 years Rosy has also served as the Publishing Director for Mongo Music Inc. managing the music catalog of Grammy Award winning Latin-Jazz Percussionist, Mongo Santamaria.

Rosy is actively involved in the community in various leadership capacities and assists her clients in creating thoughtful and effective strategic philanthropic plans for corporate giving and involvement.
